A detailed assessment will be emailed to you along with itemized suggestions for improvements to each room in your home as well as your exterior. All closets and storage areas will be addressed. Ideas for furniture placement and general organization of your home will be provided to insure your home is in top condition for showings to perspective buyers.

I will assist you in sorting through and organizing all your vital family and household documents. These will be stored under labeled sections in one convenient binder. Contacts, medical records, password keeper, and financial information to name a few. Personalized binder will be included.

Eldersizing
Hiring a professional organizer to help go through their parents' homes and paperwork before things get difficult and challenging lessens the burden on everyone. Working with them on a weekly basis for a few hours can keep things under control and more manageable for everyone involved.
